Pilates Studio at the Lake has two fully-equipped Charlotte-areas studios. Our original studio is located in quaint downtown Davidson, N.C. We recently opened a new studio in Mooresville on Brawley School Road. Both Lake Norman facilites are warm, intimate and private; the perfect atmospheres for achieving your fitness goals.

Our facilities utilize state-of-the-art professional Pilates equipment, the main piece being the Stott Reformer, known for its versatility and ability to provide a total body workout.
